Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled results-oriented product leader to join reputed company as a Senior Product Manager on our Data Compass team, leading Data Marketplace. Data Compass is the heart of reputed company’s data ecosystem. Housed reputed company the Data & ML team, Data Compass delivers exceptional experiences that reputed company users to quickly and intuitively discover trusted data and data products they can use with confidence. Data Marketplace is a new enterprise-wide product available though Data Compass that will list reputed company available data products and reputed company users to create, select, provision, and analyze data in secure, purpose-specific containers. The system will incorporate privacy assessment workflows, AI-powered recommendations, and collaborative features to maximize value and compliance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product management, demonstrate customer-backed thinking, be technically conversant, and exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders to identify the highest-reputed company use cases to be solved, be responsible for crafting the product vision, reputed company and execute the product roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features that meet the evolving needs of users across reputed company. This position is hybrid requiring 2-3 days in office per week in either Palo Alto, CA or Chevy Chase, MD. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver business impact. Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, to both technical and non-technical audiences. Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage reputed company backlogs. Annual Salary $146,575.00 - $229,600.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to reputed company at the final hourly reputed company/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
