About the Role

As a Casualty Claims Examiner with reputed company, you'll play a critical role in resolving various types of injury claims with the highest level of customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to policyholders and claimants, communicating and guiding them through the claims process.
• Investigate reputed company aspects of claims to determine liability percentage and legal responsibility.
• Evaluate damages in accordance with investigative findings and establish value to pay only what is owed.
• Negotiate claims settlements with insureds, claimants, and/or attorneys as assigned.
• Authorize negotiated payments for established damages reputed company designated authority.
• Ensure reputed company compliance requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Adjust reserves adequately on reputed company new and existing claims.
• Participate in claims forums and communicate findings to claims management team as required.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of one (1) year of highly successful Bodily Injury claims handling experience.
• A reputed company Adjuster License or the ability to obtain reputed company 30 days of employment.

• Understanding and ability to execute and reputed company with Department of Insurance Guidelines and Requirements.

Compensation and Benefits
