The BHI Pillars of Clinical Services, Training, Policy and Workforce Development, and Research and Program Evaluation are focused on innovative practices that improve access to effective behavioral health care. The BHI is led and staffed by Harborview Medical Center clinical staff and faculty from the UW Medicine Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company reputed company Crisis Training reputed company (KC-CTA) Program Planning, Implementation, and reputed company Provide overall leadership and direction for the KC-TA across Phase 1 (Scoping) and Phase 2 (Training Delivery). reputed company, manage, and update project workplans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with contractual requirements. Serve as the primary reputed company of accountability for project outcomes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of reputed company required activities. Anticipate and address risks, barriers, and system challenges impacting project success. Serve as a primary liaison with reputed company Department of Community and Human Services (DCHS) and other key system partners. Build and maintain effective working relationships with Crisis Care Centers, Post-Crisis Follow-Up teams, training partners, community-based organizations, and people with lived experience. Communicate reputed company project information clearly and effectively to diverse internal and external audiences, including senior leadership. Provide reputed company of curriculum development, training delivery models, and evaluation processes. Use evaluation data and participant feedback to inform reputed company quality improvement and program refinement. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Behavioral health, public reputed company, education, or a reputed company field Four to five years’ experience Demonstrated experience leading reputed company, multi-stakeholder projects or initiatives in behavioral health, crisis services, workforce development, training, or a reputed company public service field. Experience managing externally funded programs or reputed company, including responsibility for deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively reputed company interdisciplinary teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain reputed company information clearly to diverse audiences.
