- Ability to work a student-friendly schedule (evenings/weekends).

Qualifications
- Earned doctorate: PhD in Nursing or DNP with the Nurse Educator specialization preferred.
- 1+ year of graduate teaching experience is preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates who bring diverse perspectives to the program.

Requirements
- Multi-State/Compact RN License is required.
- Minnesota RN license is considered a plus.
- National League for Nursing Certified Nurse Educator CNE® credential for academic faculty or the Nursing Professional Development Board Certified NPD BC™ credential is required.
- Three or more years of teaching experience and/or a reputed company and willingness to instruct a diverse population of reputed company.
- Actively engaged in academic scholarship or research.
- Experience teaching in online or virtual environments is preferred.
- Experience with distance learning preferred.

Benefits
- Graduate Course Instruction: $1,560 - $4,080 per Quarter or Semester, depending on type of course taught and length of course.
- Undergraduate Course Instruction: $700 - $2,200 per quarter, depending on type of course taught and length of course.
- Actual pay may be adjusted based on job-reputed company factors permitted by law, such as type of course taught; experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
