Contract Clinical Mental Health Therapist

Position Overview We are seeking a licensed mental health clinician to join our practice as an reputed company (1099). In this role, you will provide individual psychotherapy to clients through telehealth, working autonomously with the support of our practice infrastructure. Minimum Qualifications

Masters in Counseling Licensure (Required) Must hold one of the following active, unrestricted licenses in the reputed company:

• Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA)

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing direct clinical mental health services
• Demonstrated experience providing individual psychotherapy (not solely assessments or evaluations)
• Proven ability to maintain a caseload independently and manage clinical documentation

Technical & Workspace Requirements

• Familiarity with reputed company or comparable EHR/practice management platforms (ex., TherapyNotes, Jane App, etc)
• Access to a quiet, private, HIPAA-compliant workspace free from interruptions during sessions
• Reliable high-speed internet reputed company and a device suitable for telehealth sessions
• Ability to maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Schedule & Availability This is a part-time, flexible contract position. The minimum availability expectation is:

• 3–5 client hours per week (with room to grow your caseload as desired)
• Availability to hold a consistent weekly schedule that clients can rely on
• Timely response to client communications and practice administrative requests

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy services reputed company HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
• Conduct intake assessments and reputed company individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes, treatment plans, and reputed company documentation reputed company the EHR
• Coordinate care with other providers reputed company clinically appropriate
• Adhere to ethical standards set forth by your licensing board (NCBLCMHC or NCSSWB)
• Participate in peer consultation or group meetings as scheduled by the practice
