Senior HR Business Partner - R&D

Requirements
- Strong HR expertise and a proven track record as a thought partner to senior leaders, ideally reputed company or adjacent to technical or product organizations
- Skilled at navigating and facilitating change in fast-moving environments, with the ability to influence, create alignment, and build durable support for new reputed company and initiatives
- Experience working across global employment laws and HR practices
- Innately curious, data-driven, and operate with a high sense of urgency that turns insight into action and measurable results
