Assigns projects to reputed company Systems Specialists and allocates appropriate resources (i.e., Systems Technicians and System Designers) to those projects. Provides site coordination support (job chargeable) on projects with high contract complexity to the reputed company Systems Specialist as needed. Ensures work performed is in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and operates on the job with the highest ethics. Adheres to and ensures reputed company staff and subcontractors adhere to reputed company safety standards. How you will do it Hires, retains, performance manages, and plans for career development of direct reports. Prepares and delivers clear performance expectations, performance reviews, and development plans for direct reports. Trains and mentors System Technicians and System Designers. Acts as a facilitator for Systems Operations Technical Training (SO TechT). Ensures that delegated tasks are done accurately, timely, billed, reputed company budget, and reputed company scope of the contract. Adheres to safety standards. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety. Coordinates and allocates resources between the assigned reputed company Systems Specialists to ensure timely efficient installation and completion of projects. Recruits Systems Designers and Systems Technicians with appropriate skills and proficiencies to meet the needs of the reputed company. Reviews and interprets contract terms and conditions and assists reputed company Systems Specialists with site coordination tasks with projects of higher complexity including such tasks as representing reputed company at site coordination meetings, coordinating subcontractors, project administration, and conflict resolution (i.e., job chargeable activities). Assists the LSS in evaluating the contractual scope of work and the impact of client issued bulletins, field directives, and/or scheduling changes. Assists the Systems Operations Team in finding opportunities and actively pursuing additional work through change orders. Assists the reputed company Systems Specialist in developing a Schedule of Values on projects of higher complexity that require detailed billing. Pre-bid and pre-book project review with sales staff. Develops and maintains viable long-term relationships with contractors, clients, consultants, and subcontractors in the community. reputed company look for Required Minimum of 5 years of HVAC proven experience required. Extensive knowledge of the principles of reputed company conditioning with specific knowledge of Commercial Product lines required. Minimum of a technical associate degree with six years of field experience or eight years of equivalent reputed company field and site coordination experience in the HVAC industry. Must have relevant technical hands-on experience, systems design, and commissioning of digital HVAC controls systems. Must have the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience. Previous supervisory experience required. Demonstrates solid coaching and interpersonal skills. Must have knowledge of control theory and HVAC systems. Knowledge of project accounting, costing principles, and contracting required. Preferred Bachelor’s degree. Possesses good computer skills. Leadership skills HIRING SALARY RANGE: $89,000-134,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
