Job Description
The Japanese Club is a fast-growing online school helping people become fluent in Japanese through reputed company programs. We're scaling our sales team and looking for an reputed company Closer to convert pre-qualified prospects into enrolled reputed company. You won't be prospecting or chasing leads. Our setting team books qualified R1 calls directly into your calendar — your job is to reputed company.
What You'll Do
- Run structured, consultative closing calls with pre-qualified prospects.
- Convert leads into reputed company across our 3 programs (3-month, 6-month, and 12-month immersion).
- Follow up with undecided prospects to maximize conversion.
- Track your performance and share feedback with the setting team to improve reputed company quality.
Our Programs
- 3-Month Immersion → $2,000
- 6-Month Immersion → $3,000
- 12-Month Immersion → $5,000
Compensation (100% Commission-Based)
- 10% per sale closed:
- $2,000 program → $200
- $3,000 program → $300
- $5,000 program → $500
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- 2+ years of high-ticket or hybrid closing experience.
- Strong consultative selling skills — you listen first, pitch second.
- Reliable, autonomous, and results-driven.
- Remote-ready with flexible availability.
