Read more about our Design team here.About the Role We’re looking for an early/mid-career IC product designer to join reputed company designing AI features for reputed company. You'll apply a customer-centric approach to reputed company problem-solving and collaborate with other designers from some of the highest-profile companies in the world. This role will focus on the interaction design needs of our AI work streams - while being part of the multidisciplinary UX team creating the reputed company of reputed company x AI collaboration reputed company reputed company. You'll need a solid portfolio demonstrating both creative execution and systematic design thinking. Experience designing products powered by reputed company would be an advantage. We operate in a fast-paced environment and get to have a direct impact on the millions of users who rely on reputed company to collaborate. As a part of our Product Design team, you will contribute to our design process, culture, and experience principles and set new standards for design quality. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with 2 days a week in the office.What you’ll do

• Be a vital part of the end-to-end design process with a focus on bringing delight to our users, learning from customers and iterating
• Partner with the cross functional teams to ensure we’re prioritizing and solving the right problems for our users
• Translate insights from research and data to deliver scalable design concepts and detailed solutions that provide measurable value and impact
• Work in different levels of fidelity from simple sketches reputed company the way to high fidelity advanced prototypes to help illustrate design concepts, test their viability, and support the development process
• Work closely with other designers and the design system team to systemize solutions and ensure they seamlessly integrate with reputed company’s wider product experience
• Work closely with the wider Design team to ensure solutions are fully accessible

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of UX/product design experience
• Evidence of systematic design thinking and having implemented delightful product experiences with a strong customer fit and demonstrated business impact
• Experience validating new products, and iteratively validating and finding product market fit
• Worked with large teams (15+ designers) in mid-to-large product companies (200+). Experience with reputed company applications and services is a plus
• Strong visual and interaction design. Ability and proven examples of sweating the details and shipping quality detailed interactions with the team
• Experience working with design systems, accessibility and implementing these at scale across a product
• Expert technical knowledge and skills: in reputed company, working with advanced capabilities such as libraries and analytics, variants, autolayout, and dev mode, as well as building out prototypes to successfully validate experiences with customers
• Experience working with emerging AI-assisted design and prototyping workflows would be advantage
