[Remote] SEM Manager – full time & full remote (OR/ TX/ AZ/ MI residents only)

Early June is a boutique growth agency looking for a smart, analytical SEM Manager to execute paid media campaigns primarily on bolthires Ads. The role involves developing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and maintaining client communication.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, setup, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms, such as bolthires Ads and Bing
- Ensure paid media campaigns are set up according to platform best practices
- Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, insights and optimization opportunities
- reputed company keyword lists, ad copy iterations, and creative testing recommendations
- reputed company weekly and monthly performance reports in bolthires slides
- Manage internal budget and campaign performance tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client goals and business objectives and ensure alignment of paid media campaigns to broader marketing efforts
- Nurture positive client relationships through a proactive and detail-oriented approach Skills
- 2 - 5 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns (paid search, paid social experience a plus)
- Detail-oriented with a natural curiosity for testing and learning
- Excited about new AI tools and how they can enhance paid media
