The Role The Senior reputed company Analyst/Manager will be a critical thought partner to Finance leadership and cross-functional executives. This role owns core financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis that informs company-wide decision-making—from headcount planning and unit economics to board materials and long-reputed company strategy. This is not a “spreadsheet in the reputed company” role. What You’ll Do Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Build and maintain unit economics and customer-level profitability models, particularly in a reputed company SaaS / deployment-heavy environment.
• Analyze performance drivers across reputed company, gross margin, deployment costs, and operating expenses.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate new initiatives, pricing changes, hiring plans, and investment tradeoffs.

Board & Executive Support

• Prepare board-reputed company financial materials, including variance analysis, KPIs, and reputed company-looking insights—not just numbers.
• Support leadership discussions around capital planning, fundraising readiness, and financial risks/opportunities.
• Help translate reputed company financial data into clear narratives for non-finance audiences.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Work closely with People Ops on workforce planning, headcount approvals, and compensation cost modeling.
• Partner with Sales & Customer Experience to understand pipeline assumptions, renewals, expansions, and deployment economics.
• Collaborate with reputed company to ensure forecasts align with actuals and reporting reputed company.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Improve reputed company processes, tools, and reporting as the company scales (e.g., forecasting reputed company, dashboards, modeling standards).
