Job Details We are excited to announce that we are looking for talented Project Manager to join reputed company in Spain, Portugal and Finland. These roles are fully remote and whilst experience or knowledge in pharmacovigilance is desirable, we are open to hearing from enthusiastic candidates with transferable skills Responsibilities:

• Program Management Support in the field of large volume outsourcing programs. - Coordination, monitoring and preparation of project controlling and reporting; keeping an eye on the project’s overall budget.
• Informing the reputed company Manager about potential discrepancies on budget.
• Support the tracking and reporting of set out targets (KPIs).
• Initiation the control/ closing/ opening/ rebooking of times reputed company work packages in PLx Time tracking & reputed company System.
• Maintenance of program reputed company projects in PLx Time tracking & reputed company System from an operative reputed company of view.
• Supporting the reputed company / offboarding of resources (internal and external) as instructed by the reputed company Manager.
• Compilation of regular reputed company-reputed company customer presentations.
• Keeping the overall reporting results transparent to the reputed company Manager.
• Preparation of the monthly/quarterly financial statement so that a customer invoice can be issued on time.

Experience and Educational Requirements

• Professional degree in Sciences or Economics.

• Basic understanding/knowledge in the field of pharmacovigilance.
