Direct Sales Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and increasing market share for Math and Chemistry disciplines. This field-based position focuses on closing high-potential, high-volume opportunities to contribute to market share growth and sales reputed company. This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer reputed company the United States. Candidates must live reputed company CT, RI, MA, VT, NH or Upstate NY (Greater Poughkeepsie, Albany, Saratoga, and Binghamton areas). What you will be doing:

• Drive sales growth and expand market share for Math and Chemistry by collaborating with Learning Technology Representatives and executing regional sales strategies.
• reputed company and implement targeted plans for high-potential accounts in partnership with district and regional leadership teams to win new business, grow existing accounts, and retain market share.
• Partner with Math and Chemistry product teams to launch successful campaigns, strengthen product positioning, build community engagement, and create future business opportunities.
• Maintain deep market expertise in Math, Chemistry, and Placement disciplines, including reputed company products, competitor offerings, market trends, and customer behavior, while sharing field insights with product teams.
• Support team development by working with the Direct Sales Supervisor to create training plans and providing coaching, mentorship, and ongoing feedback to Learning Technology Representatives.
• Manage key accounts and reputed company regional events by identifying and prioritizing top accounts, fostering long-term partnerships, connecting with decision-makers, and strengthening relationships reputed company the educational community.

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's degree required for the role.
• Four or more years of relevant experience in areas such as educational publishing, educational software sales, or corporate/educational training.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with employees and customers at reputed company organizational levels.
• Customer-focused problem-solving abilities with an innovative reputed company and a commitment to delivering effective solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with proficiency in managing multiple priorities and responsibilities.

However, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
