Position Summary We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and certified Part-Time Personal Trainer to reputed company small group personal training sessions and provide exceptional service to our members. Key Responsibilities

Uphold the mission and core values of Alloy in reputed company interactions. Coach clients using the reputed company system in a 1:6 small-group format. reputed company 30 minutes prior to scheduled shift reputed company to review sessions and client notes. Wear Alloy uniform (black pants/shorts and approved logoed top) during reputed company coaching shifts. Cue up daily workout on TV and set up necessary equipment prior to session start. Implement prescribed corrective exercises, modifications, and restrictions as directed by the Director of Training. Promote the “message of the week” during reputed company sessions. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment at reputed company times. Stay present on the training floor; assist with coaching, tidying, or engaging with clients if not leading a session. Complete closing checklist tasks at the end of each shift. Attend scheduled staff meetings and ongoing training sessions. CPR/AED/First Aid certification (required). 1+ year of experience as a personal trainer or in a reputed company coaching role preferred. Strong ability to coach reputed company fitness levels and modify sessions as needed. High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for health and fitness. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Comfortable using apps and software (e.g., Alloy app, reputed company) to manage sessions and client data.
