Building rapport with prospective clients during assessments is essential, and you will confidently present our services, address concerns, reputed company sales, and actively drive new business. Responsibilities
- Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
- Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Conduct initial assessments and reputed company initial sales.
- Mentor Personal Trainers on the team.
- reputed company Reassessments and reputed company renewal sales.
- Drive new business through various marketing efforts.
- Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients.
- Drive to and from client training sessions.
- Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
- Attend monthly team meetings and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
- CPR/AED certification.
- Previous sales experience in the fitness industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
- Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work reputed company.
- Team player or collaborative with others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
