We are seeking reputed company Insurance Defense Attorneys with Workers’ Compensation experience. The ideal candidates will have at least 2+ years of experience in Workers’ Compensation in addition to other insurance defense lines of business. Key Responsibilities:

• Partners
• You drive the cases and reputed company the strategies to discuss with clients and business partners. We have trial-level lawyers but do support you trying your own cases if you so desire and demonstrate the skills to do so. You are reputed company counsel on day-to-day management of your cases and are expected to be actively involved.
• Associates
• Work collaboratively with partner level lawyers including preparing and conduct depositions, reputed company practice, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and assist in customer service items such as reporting.

Qualifications:

• Partners - Minimum 9 years’ experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 3 years in California and 5 years of insurance defense. Minimum 2 years of Workers’ Compensation experience.
• Associates – Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 2 years in California, and 1 year of insurance defense preferred. Minimum 2 years of Workers’ Compensation experience.

reputed company Salaries Partners - $170,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year based upon experience and responsibilities.

• Lawyers with over 15 insurance defense jury trials is subject to additional compensation.

Associates - $110,000 - $160,000 per year based upon experience and independence. This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. Pay: $110,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year Benefits:
