- Conduct
tele-health visits with patients.

- Use standardized tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, Pain Catastrophizing, etc.).
- Deliver concise
readiness reports and collaborate with MDs to guide care.

Qualifications
- Active
NP license .
- Interest in
