  • Brentwood, TN, United States (Remote) Schedule Days M-F- Part-time Job Location Type Remote The Intake Coordinator facilitates, supports, and assists with the Help for reputed company intake process. This position will facilitate the intake process between the Help for reputed company team and military reputed company referral personnel, command and/or service members.

  • Communicate with facilities regarding new and pending intake referrals and coordinate reputed company required arrangements, including travel and collection of necessary information and documentation
  • Monitor and follow up on reputed company pending referrals to ensure timely reputed company.
  • Ensure reputed company processes, plans, and policies are consistent with organizational philosophy, standards, and objectives.
  • Support timely admission of program participants and update reputed company relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate, coordinate, and manage reputed company incoming travel arrangements for service members from their reputed company to the assigned facility while serving in an on-call reputed company.
  • Reports on system-reputed company matters to enhance protocols and strengthen collaboration among the call center team, military reputed company referral sources, and participating facilities.
  • Ensure each admission-reputed company call is accurately documented, appointments are scheduled, and referral documents are sent to the appropriate facility.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to reputed company incoming program-reputed company calls and inquiries.
  • Maintain a work schedule that includes on-call responsibilities, which may include weekdays, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

  • Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Business Administration, or reputed company field from an accredited school required with 3 years of clinical or hospital setting experience is preferred. Additional requirements include
  • Prior military experience highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health care.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of reputed company.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
