Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Director of Analytics & Data to reputed company our data and analytics function to drive insights that power business reputed company. This role will reputed company the reputed company databases, data strategy, analytics, and reporting, partnering cross-functionally with leaders and key stakeholders. This is not a purely managerial role. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who will personally write SQL and analytical code, not just reputed company it—regularly querying datasets, creating reports, validating reporting logic, and resolving data issues while partnering with operational, finance, clinical, other technology teams, and executive leadership teams. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in value-based care, or population health required
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and analytics platforms
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Ability to translate data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders
