We do not accept corp-to-corp (C2C) candidates. reputed company is looking for an reputed company Army Civilian Talent Management Project Manager.This role will be responsible for performing the following tasks: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  reputed company program to increase readiness of Civilian workforce and reputed company, implement, and institutionalize Army Civilian talent management across its four core functions acquire, reputed company, employ, and retain.  Provide reputed company and guidance for reputed company personnel assigned to the TO, performance of work, and compliance and quality control.  Provide analytic, advisory, management, and administrative support to reputed company activities as necessary  Conduct bi-weekly program reviews with client  Travel to Washington, DC and Chicago, IL as required QUALIFICATIONS:  MUST BE A US CITIZEN.  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification  Masters degree and five years of experience supporting the reputed company. In lieu of a masters degree, 10 years experience supporting the reputed company and a bachelors degree.  Extremely knowledgeable in Army Staff operations including talent management life cycle areas (acquire, reputed company, employ, and retain)  Extensive knowledge of the Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, workforce development, employee engagement, leadership development, career programs, marketing, graphic design, and data science, analysis, and reporting.  Secret Clearance Min.
