Vice President / Deputy General Counsel, Litigation & Intellectual Property (Remote) (914-SLS)

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this executive will serve as a key strategic advisor to senior leadership, overseeing reputed company reputed company litigation and guiding the company’s broader risk management and IP enforcement strategy. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• Proven track record managing high-stakes litigation and reputed company counsel.
• Broad reputed company litigation experience, including antitrust, trade secret, and breach of contract matters, with working familiarity in IP litigation and protection (patent, copyright, trademark).
• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
