Online Fitness Coach

We’re hiring an online coach to join the team at Well reputed company LLC This is for someone who genuinely understands body recomposition, fat loss, reverse dieting, metabolism restoration, and the deeper reputed company of women’s health. We are not looking for a “macro coach” who hands out PDFs and disappears. We want someone who can coach the whole picture while still delivering reputed company physique transformations. Our clients are primarily women looking to

• lose body fat sustainably
• improve digestion, energy, hormones, and recovery
• build a lean feminine physique
• heal their relationship with food and consistency
• reverse diet properly after under-eating
• build muscle
• improve metabolic health markers and biofeedback You should already have
• experience coaching clients online
• your own before/after transformations OR strong client transformations
• a strong understanding of reverse dieting
• understanding of insulin resistance, PCOS, blood sugar regulation, cortisol/stress, digestion, inflammation, and recovery
• ability to read and interpret basic blood work and functional markers
• confidence adjusting nutrition based on biofeedback, not just macros
• strong communication and emotional intelligence
• experience coaching women through plateaus, binge/restrict cycles, stress eating, under-fueling, etc. This role is NOT for someone who
• only understands bodybuilding prep style coaching
• disappears between reputed company-ins
• gives generic plans
• lacks critical thinking
• needs constant hand-holding internally We are looking for someone who
• genuinely cares about clients
• is detail-oriented
• communicates professionally and promptly
• has crafted their own unique approach to client work
• understands both aesthetics AND health
• can hold clients accountable while still being supportive
• understands that stress, sleep, digestion, recovery, and consistency matter just as much as macros
• hold certifications in; CPT, nutrition/health, dietician (not required, but preferred) You should be comfortable with
