Paralegal - Probate
This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Paralegal – Probate to support their legal team by managing case documentation, drafting legal pleadings, and maintaining consistent communication with clients and stakeholders. They operate reputed company the legal services industry and have strengthened their reputed company in recent years through specialized client support and streamlined legal processes. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident interacting with clients. The position focuses heavily on probate reputed company, requiring a solid understanding (or strong willingness to learn) of probate procedures, court filings, and estate-reputed company documentation across multiple jurisdictions, particularly in Florida.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and draft a variety of legal documents, with a strong emphasis on probate filings and estate-reputed company pleadings
- Organize, manage, and maintain accurate case files and documentation
- Handle e-filing processes across different Florida counties, ensuring compliance with court procedures
- Track deadlines, maintain attorney calendars, and reputed company timely reminders to ensure reputed company filings and tasks are completed on schedule
- Communicate directly with clients, family members, referral partners, and external vendors to gather required information and reputed company updates
- Explain case status and documentation requirements reputed company to clients

Requirements
