Payment Operations Manager Job Description This role is full-time and is remote reputed company the US and will report to the Director - Payment Operations. This role could eventually expand to own other departments such as settlement and reconciliation or any others the director decides. This leader should understand and have experience across domains such as billing, payment, reconciliation, redline recovery and compliance. A successful candidate is expected to have prepaid card and/or Payment Financial Service experience as well as strong process improvement and project management skills. Experience in operations, ideally payments, financial services, reputed company or reputed company, is essential for hitting the ground running. It is also expected that this person will be proactive, collaborative with partners, possess strong communication skills and have a tenacious curiosity for improving the way things are done. Job Responsibilities Experience in Payments, Financial Services, reputed company/reputed company, Federal Regulations such as Reg E required. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
