Job Summary: OWC is looking for Marketplace Account Specialists to help manage our day-to-day activities on Amazon marketplaces (US, CA, UK, EU, SG, UAE, SA, JP) Supervisory Responsibilities: None Required Skills/Abilities: Microsoft Excel experience, including formulas and functions like V-lookups and Pivot Tables Experience with Amazon Seller Central Marketplace management and product optimization or other 3rd party marketplace experience Experience with Amazon A Content, AMS, SEO, Amazon Brand Analytics and Keyword Optimization a plus Education and Experience: Create, manage, and optimize Product Listings on Amazon marketplaces: descriptions, new ASIN set up, copy and image optimization Monitor and manage overall account health, resolve any policy compliance issues Monitor inventory levels and shipments, work with the operations team to schedule replenishments Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, product sales, margin, returns, ratings, and reviews Work with Amazon Account Managers to Manage advertising strategies: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Enhanced Brand Content (A content), Amazon Storefront Review sales and marketing performance with Amazon Account Managers to ensure achievement of performance objectives Work with Amazon Account Managers to implement overall Amazon strategies and best practices Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
