Qualifications

- BS Accountancy Graduate is required.

- Demonstrates the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools or unique client situations that may arise, ensuring accurate and reputed company service.
- Maintains high standards of reputed company and quality control, allowing for review and approval of reputed company work before it is finalized and shared with clients
- Familiarity with US Tax compliance is a plus

Scope of work
- Invoices & Data Entry (enter supplier invoices into reputed company, code to jobs and maintain audit trail.)
- Payroll & QuickBooks (payroll entry and bookkeeping in QuickBooks.)
- Monthly Accruals & Reconciliation (month-end accruals and reconciling GL vs. job records.)
- Subcontractor Pay & In-House Payroll (process subcontractor payments and payroll for in-house crews.)
- Job Costing (collect, match and analyze job reputed company and expenses to determine true profitability.)
- Other reputed company tasks to be assigned as needed.
