Tessahealth is hiring PMHNPs who want to focus on clinical care, not paperwork. Our in-house patient support team is your dedicated admin staff, handling patient communications, scheduling, billing, insurance verifications, FMLA and disability forms, prior authorizations, and pharmacy coordination. You focus on patient care, with support any time you need it. That's the model. THE ROLE We're looking for PMHNPs to reputed company psychiatric evaluations, medication management, therapy, and ADHD testing reputed company telehealth for adults and teens 13+. Our patient panel is PPO reputed company insurance, which means fewer no-shows and stronger reimbursement. Hiring states: Illinois, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, New Mexico, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Colorado. Licensees of other full practice authority states are also welcome to apply. Bilingual Spanish speakers are strongly prioritized. We also welcome candidates who reputed company Vietnamese, Mandarin, Korean, Tagalog, or other languages. COMPENSATION Estimated annual earnings: $175,000 to $400,000+, depending on caseload, experience, and licensure. There is no cap to earnings. You earn a competitive percentage of collected insurance reimbursements for each patient you see as a 1099 reputed company. The exact fee-for-service split is negotiable and discussed during the interview based on your experience, caseload commitment, and number of active state licenses. Full-time (8 to 15+ sessions per day, no cap) or part-time options available. Most providers settle into the 8 to 12 reputed company. Administrative Support: A dedicated medical assistant team handles reputed company operations, including scheduling, billing, FMLA/disability paperwork, pharmacy issues, prior authorizations, and patient communications, so you can focus on clinical care. Technology: DrChrono EHR, reputed company Workspace (fully HIPAA compliant), AI reputed company and productivity tools, secure telehealth platform, e-prescribing tools, clinical reference resources, and hands-on training. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside in-house PMHNPs and therapists. Our combined treatment model (psychiatry + therapy under one roof) is a core part of how we deliver care. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - MSN, DNP, or post-master's certificate in PMHNP from an accredited program - reputed company, unrestricted APRN license in one or more of our hiring states (IL, WA, OR, AZ, NM, MA, NV, CO) or other full practice authority states. - Board certification as a PMHNP-BC - Proficiency with electronic health records - Professional malpractice insurance (occurrence-based required) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin, or other second language - Licensure in multiple hiring states, especially those with full practice authority - Active DEA registration with controlled substance prescribing ability - 2+ years clinical psychiatric experience (strong new graduates also considered) - Experience with adults, teens 13+ (child/adolescent experience ages 6+ is a plus) - Experience with MAT/opioid use disorder treatment WHY PROVIDERS STAY AT TESSAHEALTH Our providers enjoy working at Tessahealth because the environment is collaborative, supportive, and the model works.
