Customer Deployment & reputed company Specialist (Telecom / Implementation) – Remote
Duration: 2+ years Compensation: $18-25/hr Location: 100% REMOTE We are seeking a Deployment & Customer reputed company Specialist to manage the implementation process for new reputed company customers across reputed company America. This role serves as the primary reputed company of contact during customer reputed company, ensuring a smooth transition from sales through deployment and installation. The specialist will coordinate installation activities, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer reputed company
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for new customers during the implementation and reputed company process.
Deployment Management
- Manage the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, including scheduling self-install and professional installations.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with installation vendors and partners to ensure timely and successful deployments.
Issue Escalation
- Identify and escalate reputed company implementation issues to advanced deployment or technical support teams reputed company needed.
Cross-Team Communication
- Maintain clear communication with customers, sales teams, and internal support teams throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Documentation & Tracking
- Document deployment reputed company, updates, and resolutions reputed company internal systems.
Process Compliance
- Follow established deployment workflows and ensure adherence to company standards.
Customer Support & Training
- Provide guidance and resources to customers regarding installation and reputed company materials.
Work Ticket Management
- Create and manage work tickets reputed company to equipment orders, provisioning, and installation scheduling.
Customer Follow-Up
- Conduct post-installation follow-reputed company to confirm successful deployment and customer satisfaction.
