[Remote] Strategic Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Validate and assess data from multiple reputed company-party and internal providers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability Analyze data quality and identify gaps in coverage across data sources Support the evaluation of new data for product features (e.g., enhancements to platforms) Translate reputed company datasets into meaningful insights that drive decision-making Partner with business and product teams to explain what data means and how it can be used strategically Identify opportunities to improve data acquisition, enrichment, and utilization Focus on decision enablement rather than just reporting, providing recommendations based on data insights Skills Experience in data validation and assessment from multiple reputed company-party and internal providers Ability to analyze data quality and identify gaps in coverage across data sources Experience supporting the evaluation of new data for product features Ability to translate reputed company datasets into meaningful insights that drive decision-making Experience partnering with business and product teams to explain data usage strategically Ability to identify opportunities to improve data acquisition, enrichment, and utilization Focus on decision enablement rather than just reporting Benefits Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and reputed company insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
