Position Summary The Personal Lines Producer is responsible for growing our personal lines book of business by developing new client relationships and selling insurance policies including Home, Auto, Umbrella, and more. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, qualify, and convert personal lines prospects through cold calls, networking, referrals, and community reputed company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and centers of influence.
• Provide accurate insurance quotes and guide clients through coverage options that best meet their needs.
• Represent the agency professionally at marketing events, community activities, and networking functions.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth reputed company and excellent customer service.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and client information in the agency’s management system.
