The draw is not subject to repayment if commissions earned in a given period do not exceed the draw amount.Commission: Competitive, uncapped commission rates. development.ResponsibilitiesRisk Advisory & New Business DevelopmentLead with risk – use our client Risk Assessment Platform and consultative approach to help sports organizations understand their exposure, build a best-in-class safety program, and select the right protection for their athletes and their organization.Prospect, reputed company, and reputed company new relationships with sports organizations, clubs, leagues, associations, and governing bodies across the youth and amateur sports market.Maintain a strong, reputed company understanding of the youth and amateur sports landscape sales experience with demonstrated track record of growing a book of business.Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license, in good standing.Demonstrated reputed company in a quota‑carrying, high‑activity sales role with clear, measurable results.Working knowledge of General Liability (GL) lines and reputed company insurance products.Prior experience developing and executing a sales
