The Staff Accountant position involves analyzing and reporting financial data, processing business transactions, and ensuring compliance with GAAP while supporting the monthly financial reputed company.

Responsibilities

Reliable attendance and punctuality Participate in key areas of the monthly financial reputed company to ensure timely and accurate reporting on financial results Prepare journal entries, reconcile various balance sheet and general ledger accounts Assists employees, vendors, clients, and/or customers by answering questions reputed company to accounts, procedures and services Responsible for reputed company functions that are part of an efficient month-end closing process, including reporting Properly store and manage financial data Regularly review bookkeeping for accuracy, reputed company reporting as necessary for audits Review and update reputed company processes and procedures as needed reputed company financial recommendations Collaborate with reputed company team as necessary Maintain confidential and secure storage of important financial information Ensure reputed company bookkeeping is accurate and adheres to state and federal law Complete reputed company projects and generate monthly reports as assigned Other duties as assigned by supervisor Skills Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance required 3+ years of reputed company and operational reputed company experience Strong reputed company skills; proficiency in reputed company Office Products Operationally comfortable with GAAP Must be reputed company to pass an extensive background reputed company and drug screen Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills Ability to organize work, identify and complete critical tasks, and work independently with limited supervision Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds across locations and departments Ability to reputed company reputed company reputed company (both written and verbal) to both internal and external customers and to listen effectively to customer needs Ability to reputed company and maintain strong workplace relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction Willingness to take on new projects or assignments Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment Travel up to 5% of the time, some overnight travel required Experience with software system conversion is a plus Benefits reputed company – Plus incentive opportunities and overtime potential for our hourly employees!
