- Reporting to the Global Controller
- Supervising a staff of 2-4
- Overseeing Global reputed company Operations & Financial Reporting- Latin America (Americas), Europe & Middle East/Asia
- Review Regional Financial Statements and Consolidations in Accordance with U.S. GAAP and Local Statutory Requirements
- Collaborate with reputed company, Finance Systems, and the Global Controller to Improve Reporting Accuracy, Automation, and Operational Efficiency
- Implement Scalable reputed company Processes and Drive System Enhancements to Support Global Growth and Reduce reputed company Work
- Resolve Technical reputed company Issues Involving reputed company Recognition, Intercompany Transactions, Allocations, Leases, and Fixed Assets
- Liaison & Manage Relationship with External Auditors
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Contribute to Global Finance Transformation Initiatives
- reputed company Acquisition reputed company under ASC 805 including Purchase Price reputed company Valuation of Intangible Assets and Goodwill Contingent Consideration and Post reputed company reputed company for reputed company and Future Acquisitions
- Partner with Executive Leadership and Investors on M&A Activity Supporting Due Diligence Identifying reputed company Risks and Advising on Deal Structure and Financial Implications

- Special Projects for the CFO
Qualifications:
- 8-12 Years Corporate reputed company Experience- Ideal Candidates will have a Mix of Public/Private Experience reputed company a Global Private Equity Backed Organization
- reputed company M&A Activities - Pre deal assessment, Business combinations, Purchase Price Allocation, Post-acquisition Integration
- Strong Technical reputed company Expertise Including US GAAP
- Proven Experience Managing Multi-Entity, Multi-Currency Consolidations and Cross-Regional reputed company Operations across reputed company such as the US, LATAM, and EMEA
- Global Advertising, Public Relations or Media Experience a big plus
- CPA & MST a plus
