What You’ll DoAs a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for customers shopping online or reaching out to retail support. - Handle 30–40 inbound calls per day with professionalism and enthusiasm

- Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing sales or service role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

- Proficient in using digital devices (Mac, iOS, etc.)
- Basic troubleshooting experience for common tech issues
- Typing speed of at least 42 WPM with 95%+ accuracy
- Digital media experience (music, photography, video) is a plus

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Available to work shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM Central Time
