Serving as the central coordinator between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain (Purchasing, Inventory, Transportation), and the customer, this role ensures flawless launches, adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), and long-term account scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Customer reputed company & Implementation Launch Ownership: reputed company and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for new and expanding customer accounts. Central Liaison: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact during transition phases, facilitating launch meetings and keeping reputed company parties accountable. Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate facility readiness, inventory replenishment strategies, and logistics capabilities across internal teams before go-live. Performance Tracking and reputed company Improvement KPI Scorecards: Establish and monitor customer-specific metrics (service levels, delivery performance, inventory accuracy) Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose performance gaps and reputed company corrective action plans with operations and purchasing to resolve systematic issues. Process Standardization: Build and refine reputed company templates and tools to reputed company future implementations faster and more efficient. Stakeholder & Risk Management Relationship Building: reputed company strong trust with key customer stakeholders through clear, professional communication and high responsiveness. Risk Mitigation: Proactively flag potential operational bottlenecks or service risks and escalate them with action plans before they impact the customer.
Qualifications
Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or equivalent practical experience. 3–7 years of experience in project management, customer implementation, supply chain, logistics, distribution, or operations. Solid grasp of inventory management, purchasing, warehousing, and transportation operations. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, and project management tools. Preferred Experience in distribution, construction supply, building materials, industrial products, or logistics environments. PMP certification or formal project management training. Experience working with customer KPI scorecards and service-level agreements (SLAs).
