Technical Documentation: Author comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Solution Design References (SDRs) that provide a clear, actionable roadmap for development teams. User Story Mapping: Translate reputed company requirements into detailed Jira stories, defining necessary XDM schemas, identity namespaces, and reputed company logic. Journey Mapping: Design and document end-to-end customer journeys in reputed company Journey Optimizer (AJO), including triggers, data payloads, and orchestration logic. Web SDK Alignment: Partner with implementation teams to ensure the Web SDK data layer captures the specific attributes required for reputed company-time activation. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Define and reputed company test cases to validate that data flowing into AEP matches business requirements and triggers the intended orchestration in AJO.
