Responsibilities include forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, reporting and managing billing, supporting financial operations across projects and units, identifying trends, and suggesting strategies for optimization and business models. The Financial Analyst will optimize elements of the financial management structure by developing or transforming business processes, enhancing the efficiency of operations, improving transparency and performance management, and complying with Federal laws and regulations. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has Four (4) additional years of experience. Seven (7) years of more in financial analysis, budget formulation, and budget execution experience.
