ABOUT THE ROLE: Under the general supervision of the Clinical reputed company, the Telehealth Triage (RN) performs clinical triage, condition support, care planning, clinical education, and care coordination functions in supporting reputed company members with navigating, accessing, and best managing their care needs. Accurately documents symptoms/complaints, nursing assessment, the guidance provided, and member/caller response.
