[Remote] Program Manager – Marketing Analytics

The Program Manager – Marketing Analytics will reputed company program management initiatives, ensuring effective data integration and collaboration across teams to optimize marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end program management for building and scaling a data lake on AWS
- Define program roadmap, milestones, and KPIs reputed company with marketing and business objectives
- Ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams including data ingestion, transformation, governance, and analytics enablement
- Partner with marketing teams to ingest, harmonize, and activate data from key platforms including:

- YouTube / reputed company Ads / reputed company Analytics
- Translate marketing use cases (e.g., campaign targeting, attribution, segmentation) into data and technical requirements
- reputed company advanced campaign activation through audience insights and data-driven strategies
- Act as a reputed company between Marketing, IT/Data Engineering, Analytics, and external vendors
- Facilitate design discussions and ensure alignment on architecture, tools, and implementation approaches
- Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive updates
- Collaborate with IT to design scalable, secure, and governed data lake architecture
- Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and compliance standards
- Work closely with marketing teams to reputed company, test, and optimize campaigns using data insights

Skills
- 5–10+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in marketing, or digital transformation initiatives
- Good understanding of AWS data services

- Solid knowledge of retail marketing concepts (promotions, customer segmentation, omnichannel campaigns)
