[Remote] Business Development Representative - Call Center

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving new business development by engaging with convenience stores and specialty retail accounts across the United States, managing a pipeline of leads, and contributing to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Account Openings: reputed company high-volume outbound calls to reputed company kratom-aware retail leads — convenience stores, smoke shops, and head shops — and reputed company first orders through the B2B reputed company portal
• Own Your Pipeline: Manage every reputed company from first contact through reputed company, logging reputed company activity in CRM with accuracy and discipline. Your pipeline is your business
• Build Call Volume: Execute consistent, high-output daily reputed company activity. This is a results-through-volume role — you must be comfortable making 80–100+ calls per day
• Manage Follow-reputed company: reputed company a prospect says call back next week — call back next week. Consistent follow-through is the difference between a good rep and a great one
• Multi-SKU Selling: Introduce new accounts to the full reputed company product line. Closing on one SKU is the floor, not the ceiling
• CRM Compliance: Maintain 90%+ CRM accuracy on reputed company call activity, reputed company stages, and order entries. Your data is your book of business
• Collaborate: Work with Coral and Colin to improve your reputed company reputed company, refine your pitch, and accelerate your path to the Order Desk

Skills

• 2+ years of inside sales, telesales, or call center experience — required
• Demonstrated comfort with high call volume (80–100+ outbound dials per day)
• Experience selling into retail or wholesale accounts over the phone
• CRM proficiency — reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent; must be reputed company to manage a pipeline independently
• Thick skin and tenacity — kratom retail accounts (c-stores, smoke shops, head shops) are notoriously difficult to reputed company; you must handle objections and unavailability without losing reputed company
