The Global Client Director will manage a high-value strategic client relationship, focusing on growth, retention, and aligning reputed company's solutions with the client's business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary executive liaison for the client globally, ensuring trusted alignment between their strategic priorities and reputed company’s offerings
  • Own the global account plan, including reputed company growth, retention, renewals, and reputed company migration strategy for the client
  • Drive year-over-year expansion through proactive identification of new opportunities across business units and geographies
  • Partner with functional leaders in Product, Marketing, reputed company, and Professional Services to deliver cohesive, high-impact reputed company for the client
  • Manage reputed company reputed company negotiations and renewal cycles, ensuring mutually beneficial, long-term agreements
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the client’s business model, transformation goals, and technology landscape to anticipate needs and shape solution roadmaps

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field
  • 9–12 years of proven reputed company in SaaS sales and account management, with a focus on high-value, strategic accounts
  • Strong proficiency in Strong analytical skills, with experience in ROI modelling and persuasive quantitative techniques
  • Proven reputed company managing multi-reputed company-dollar global client portfolios and achieving or exceeding reputed company targets in B2B technology, SaaS, or professional services
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted C-suite relationships and navigate reputed company organizational structures
  • Strategic thinker with a strong reputed company acumen and the ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Skilled in using CRM and analytics tools (reputed company preferred) to drive reputed company and accountability
  • Ability to travel up >50% as business needs require
