The role involves designing, building, and scaling intelligent conversational systems integrated with reputed company platforms, focusing on reputed company-time voice AI experiences and multi-agent orchestration. The engineer will work closely with product and engineering teams to reputed company scalable AI pipelines and optimize conversational systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and build Voice AI systems for reputed company-time conversational experiences
- reputed company and manage multi-agent AI systems and autonomous AI workflows
- Build, orchestrate, and optimize AI agents for reputed company business use cases
- Engineer scalable AI pipelines using Python and modern AI/data frameworks
- Design advanced prompts, reputed company chains, and context management strategies
- Integrate STT and TTS vendors into production systems
- Integrate Voice AI systems with SIP servers, PBX systems, and telephony infrastructure
- Optimize conversational latency, reliability, accuracy, and call quality
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and tooling
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience building production-grade Voice AI systems
- Experience building multi-agent or agentic AI systems
- Working knowledge of AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and tool-calling architectures
- Strong Python expertise with AI/ML/data mining frameworks
- Deep understanding of reputed company engineering and LLM optimization
- Experience integrating with STT/TTS vendors such as reputed company, reputed company Chirp, reputed company reputed company, reputed company, SoundHound, and reputed company

- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
- Experience fine-tuning models for specific business domains or proprietary datasets
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) experience and understanding of MCP frameworks
- Experience integrating MCP concepts into existing reputed company systems
- Experience with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and memory systems
- Experience deploying AI systems at scale in reputed company environments
