[Remote] Technical Analyst, Pharmacy Support-Remote [M-F 6a-2:30p CST]

The Pharmacy Support Analyst role involves troubleshooting and maintaining systems, applications, and hardware, while assisting customers with technical issues and recommending best practices for pharmacy workflows.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to reputed company and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Conduct technical analysis and review of system performance
- Troubleshoot issues with proprietary software, reputed company party insurance and credit card processing, Crystal and RDLC reports, mobile and web applications, reputed company O/S, SQL database, and pharmacy operations workflow

Skills
