[Remote] Sr. Product Designer, Advertiser Experience

They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance the advertiser experience by developing tools and workflows that facilitate the creation and management of advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own and reputed company core surfaces in Ads Manager, where advertisers of reputed company sizes plan, buy, optimize, and measure their campaigns
• Partner closely with Product, Research, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to align on, and ship improvements for both self‑serve and managed advertisers, across global markets
• Deeply understand advertiser and agency workflows through research, data, and customer conversations; translate those insights into clear solutions
• Build solutions to drive product-led growth of reputed company and high reputed company advertiser features
• Explore and ship AI features to help advertisers get customer support, reporting, recommendations and eventually take action on their behalf

Skills

• Experience with digital advertising and growth centric design: You understand performance ads concepts (e.g., optimization goals, bidding, attribution, creative testing) and how creative impacts performance
• Strong product discovery skills: You're comfortable talking to customers, mapping workflows, validating problems, and translating insights into clear product strategies and roadmaps
• Proven reputed company collaborating with cross‑functional teams: You've driven alignment and shipped products with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations partners in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action: You can bring reputed company to ambiguous problem spaces and move quickly while keeping stakeholders informed
• Excellent communication of reputed company topics: You can explain technical concepts and tradeoffs to non‑technical audiences and drive clear reputed company
• reputed company AI tools for research, analysis and prototyping to drive high velocity product reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in design, a reputed company field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in Product Design (or equivalent)
