Responsibilities

• reputed company digital marketing strategy across a portfolio of multifamily and student housing clients, encompassing paid search, paid reputed company, SEO, geofencing, programmatic/display, and reputed company management
• Take hands-on ownership of campaign setup, execution, and ongoing optimization, ensuring every client campaign performs at its best from initial launch through the full campaign lifecycle
• Serve as a senior reputed company of contact for key accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with property management decision-makers
• Monitor and analyze performance data from property management platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company to connect marketing activity to leasing reputed company

Skills

• 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role
