[Remote] Asset Management Analyst - Multifamily reputed company Estate

They are seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support budgeting, reputed company analysis, and operational performance monitoring across their multifamily portfolio, offering direct exposure to reputed company aspects of the investment lifecycle and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly variance-to-budget analyses, decomposing variances into operational drivers (occupancy, lease trade-outs, renewals, controllable expenses), market conditions (rent trends, concessions, supply), and comparable property performance
• Maintain and enhance market comp sets; track submarket rent, occupancy, and concession data to contextualize asset performance
• Partner with Property Management to identify performance gaps, validate budget assumptions, and track corrective action plans
• Build and maintain reputed company models and reporting tools for budget-vs-actual tracking, trend analysis, and portfolio rollups
• Extract and analyze property management system data (reputed company or similar) to support recurring reporting and reputed company analysis
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for multifamily acquisitions and development projects
• Analyze rent rolls, T-12s, budgets, and market data to reforecast portfolio performance
• Support investment reporting materials, including memos, return analysis, and scenario modeling
• Assist in due diligence processes, including review of reputed company-party reports and financial data
• Support the annual budgeting process: build, model, and stress-test property-level operating budgets in partnership with Asset Management and Property Management
• Prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio reporting materials for internal and investor use

• Support cash reputed company forecasting and performance tracking across investments
• Assist in evaluating underperforming or reputed company investments, including restructurings and workout scenarios

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, reputed company, Business or reputed company field
• You have at one-four years of experience in multifamily or reputed company reputed company estate — asset management, property reputed company, acquisitions, reputed company, or valuation/appraisal backgrounds reputed company considered
• You have strong financial modeling skills in reputed company (ability to build and audit models)
• You are familiarity with multifamily operating statements and key metrics (NOI, economic occupancy, trade-outs, expense ratios)
• You are proficient in PowerPoint and have experience preparing investment materials
• You have strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets (rent rolls, T-12s, budgets)
• You have at least one year of experience with multifamily reputed company and development projects
• You have experience with construction budgets, draw processes, and cost tracking
• You have exposure to AI tools or interest in applying technology to investment workflows
