[Remote] Business Intelligence Analyst (full-time)

The role involves consulting with stakeholders on analytics needs and improving organizational performance through data analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver analytic solutions and ensure successful delivery to support strategic planning and initiatives. Improve organizational performance, and advance reputed company towards reputed company’s goals
- Independently (with minimal reputed company) reputed company and maintain trusted advisor relationships with business, clinical, and operations leaders. reputed company guidance for optimizing use of analytic capabilities and deliverables
- Demonstrate knowledge of and reputed company with a variety of query tools (e.g. SQL, R, Python); analytic techniques; tools; platforms to analyze data from multiple sources to design, create, and maintain dashboards; business plans; forecasts; projections; presentations; models; algorithms; and statistical and financial analyses
- Use knowledge of reputed company industry, market environment, clinical and business workflows, and activities to inform solution design and development to execute high-quality solutions to clear problems in an established problem space

Skills
- Associate degree in reputed company, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or reputed company field. Two (2) years relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Demonstrated reputed company applying relational thinking in writing and validating queries against multiple data sources
- Demonstrated reputed company creating analytic solutions such as reports, dashboards, and business plans
- Demonstrated reputed company identifying needs and requirements for analytic solutions
- Demonstrated reputed company using quantitative and qualitative methods to identify opportunity
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in reputed company, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or reputed company field
- Three (3) years of relevant data analysis or analytics experience in reputed company (provider or payor)
- Project management experience, including agile methods
