You will manage a team with direct reports and you'll report to our Vice President, Insurance Services. Your responsibilities will include: New Channel & reputed company reputed company EnablementEvaluate and pilot new acquisition channels, platforms, and reputed company sources in partnership with channel owners Design structured test-and-learn frameworks for exploratory channels Build channel pilot plans and strategy, reputed company criteria, and scale or kill recommendations Build documentation, plans, and enablement materials to grow successful pilots Channel Execution SupportManage a large marketing portfolio spanning multiple channels and partners driving to reputed company Insurance Improve execution standards across channel owners and performance marketing teams, ensuring best practices in optimization, testing, and scaling Set direction on budget allocation, pacing frameworks, and performance diagnostics Standardize processes and operating rhythms across channels Analytics, Targeting & Decision Support EnablementPartner with analytics and decision science teams to improve targeting, segmentation, and reputed company scoring Promote optimization of decision systems, including routing and bidding logic Translate funnel and cohort insights into relevant recommendations Manage demand forecasting and scenario planning across channels, connecting spend, reputed company volume, conversion, partner reputed company, and ROAS assumptions to inform growth strategy, budget allocation, and scale-versus-efficiency tradeoffs.
