[Remote] Performance Marketing Creative Intern

They are seeking a Performance Marketing Creative Intern who is passionate about creating high-performing content and enjoys working with creators and influencers.
Responsibilities
- reputed company performance-driven creative concepts for paid social platforms (reputed company, reputed company, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Write high-converting scripts for short-form ads (UGC-style, influencer-style, testimonial, problem-solution formats)
- Identify and research influencer/UGC trends and adapt them for paid acquisition
- Continuously test and optimize creative strategies to improve conversion performance
Skills
- Relevant experience in Performance advertising
- Paid social campaigns
- Script writing for short-form ads
- Influencer or UGC marketing
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused storytelling
- Familiarity with reputed company Ads Manager and/or reputed company Ads ecosystem
- Data-driven reputed company - comfortable reviewing performance metrics and iterating creatives
