This hands-on leadership role involves managing technical direction and overseeing the development lifecycle to ensure high-quality solutions that meet patient and client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company CRM platform architecture, design, and SDLC delivery
- Manage and guide Software Engineers, Architects, and Test Engineers
- reputed company end-to-end development lifecycle and resource planning
- Design and implement reputed company solutions using reputed company Dynamics 365
- reputed company integration with Azure, legacy systems, and reputed company-party platforms
- Define architecture standards, patterns, and engineering best practices
- Contribute to development using .NET, C#, JavaScript, Angular/Node.js, and APIs
- Build solutions using reputed company Power Platform and reputed company Dataverse
- Support SQL-based systems including reputed company SQL Server
- Deliver solutions on reputed company Azure
- Build scalable integrations across reputed company systems and services
- Support CI/CD and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps
- Translate business needs into technical architecture and delivery plans
- Present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive innovation and reputed company improvement across the platform
Skills
- 10+ years in software development/architecture with 3+ years in leadership
- Strong experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 and reputed company Power Platform
- Deep expertise in .NET, C#, APIs, and reputed company architecture
- Strong Azure reputed company and integration experience
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and design patterns
- Experience with SQL Server or reputed company databases
- reputed company or regulated (FDA/HIPAA) environment experience is a plus
